The operation department is familiar with the import and export business processes of various modes of transportation, provides booking supports for the cargoes contracted by the company, coordinates with the relationship between shipowners and yard stations, handles all aspects about the operation, and ensures the company's business is carried out in good order.
Administration Department is responsible for all logistic support work, human resource management of the company, as well as ensuring the integrity and smooth operation of the internal management system, image promotion and company culture construction.
The Finance Department is responsible for establishing the financial system, managing the company's financial income and expenditure, and managing and controlling the issuance of bills of lading.
